Our Medium Hoops are now in available in diamond pavé! Diamonds line the front of the hoop and the inside of the back for extra sparkle. A small gap in the pavé at the bottom of the earrings allows you to safely add our earring charms without wear to the diamond settings. Earring charms are sold separately.
