This ancient silver drachm hails from 249-248BC Corcyra. It features the winged horse, Pegasus, who carried Zeus’ thunderbolts and helped Bellerophon defeat the Chimaera. The reverse shows Dinoysus, Greek god of vegetation, harvest and wine. A slim 18K yellow gold bezel holds the coin and an opening bail allows it to be clipped to any of our chains, cords or beaded necklaces.
